Hey — I'm Ben. I sew every My Message Pillow myself in my workshop in Lakewood, CO. No overseas factories, no assembly lines. When you order, your pillow goes into the queue and I make it by hand, one at a time.

How long until my pillow ships?
Every pillow is handmade in our Denver workshop and ships within 1–2 business days of your order. After that, delivery depends on the method you choose at checkout: USPS Ground (3–5 days) or USPS Priority (1–3 days). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?
Everything: the motor, the stitching, the fabric — all of it. If something breaks under normal use, we fix or replace it, forever. No forms, no conditions. Just email Ben at hello@mymessagepillow.com with your order number and he'll take care of it personally.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean only: dampen a cloth with mild soap and water, wipe the surface gently, and let it air dry fully before using again. Always remove batteries first and never submerge the pillow or put it in a washing machine.
Batteries vs. AC adapter — which should I get?
If you plan to use it at home or in an office where an outlet is always nearby, the AC/DC Power Adapter eliminates battery replacement entirely. If you need it to work in a car, on a plane, or anywhere without power, the battery option is for you. Many customers get both.
How long do the D batteries last in normal use?
With regular daily use (a few hours per day), most customers get several months before needing to replace them. The pillow only runs when weight is applied — it's not running when you're not sitting on it — so actual battery life depends heavily on your personal use pattern.
Is this a good gift?
Yes — it's one of the most-gifted items we sell. Ships within 1–2 business days, making it practical for birthdays, holidays, or "just because." Add a note in the message field at checkout and we'll include it with the order.
What if I don't love it?
Unused pillows can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. If something breaks outside the return window, the lifetime warranty covers it. And if you just need a replacement because it wore out years later, that still falls under the warranty.
